Our Story

It started with one simple observation.

Back in 2010, Malaysian SMEs had a tough choice: pay enterprise prices for tools built elsewhere, or settle for software that didn't quite fit the way Malaysians actually do business.

Kinetic Innovative Technologies was founded to close that gap. We started by building custom IT solutions for local businesses — payment systems, hosting infrastructure, internal tools — the unglamorous work that keeps real companies running.

Over the years, the patterns repeated. The same problems kept showing up across industries. So alongside our IT services work, we started turning the repeating ones into products. KineticPay. OMG Host. UstazAI. PrestasIYB. Flyz. And more on the way.

Today, Kinetic is both a full-service IT partner for Malaysian businesses and the publisher of five SaaS products of our own — and we're still doing the same thing we did in 2010: building the technology Malaysia needs, from the inside out.

We start with the Malaysian context — FPX, MyKad, Bahasa, local banking quirks, PDPA — not as an afterthought, but as the foundation. If it doesn't work for a Malaysian SME, it doesn't ship.

One connected ecosystem

Every product we build is designed to work with the others. Shared authentication, shared payments, shared infrastructure. Our customers shouldn't have to glue our products together — that's our job.

We use what we sell

KineticPay processes our own subscriptions. UstazAI handles our customer WhatsApp. OMG Host runs our marketing sites. If a product isn't good enough for us to depend on internally, it's not good enough to ship.

We don't have a sales team optimised for quarterly numbers. We have a customer success team that picks up the phone, learns your business, and stays for the long haul. Most of our growth still comes from referrals.

Faizal has been with Kinetic Innovative Technologies since the very beginning — joining in 2010, the year KITSB was founded, and growing alongside the company for over 15 years. From early IT services projects with Malaysian SMEs to the multi-venture technology group it is today, he's been part of every chapter of the journey.

As Director, Faizal leads strategy, partnerships, and product direction across the Kinetic portfolio — from KineticPay's payment infrastructure to PrestasIYB's parliamentary analytics. His long tenure means he knows the products, the customers, and the Malaysian market intimately — and that institutional knowledge shapes how Kinetic ships.

We don't build for Silicon Valley. We build for Malaysian businesses — the ones running mamak stalls, fashion brands on Shopee, agencies in PJ, and MPs in Parliament. That's who shows up when we ship.
